Turn Our Hearts

The Lord has revealed his arm in these the last days,
When Elijah did come and turn our hearts into new ways.
Mending the gap created by death’s unruly hand,
Has now been made whole as temples dot the land.

Elijah’s call to turn our hearts to the people of the earth,
Not away from God, but to their father’s new birth.
Buried in the waters of the temples in this new day,
Has opened the door to heaven in the only way.

Fathers of old have begun to turn their hearts anew,
To the children of the promise, who in temples renew.
Being buried in the water a symbol of the grave,
Now free the hearts and souls of all whom evil did enslave.

Now we the children of those who have gone on before,
Reach upward to our fathers through this perpetual door.
Opened by Elijah his course and mission to fulfill,
Allows the children with our fathers and mothers seal.

Who shall unto the hill of the Lord ascend?
And bind the wounded heart and all sorrows mend.
The children of the fathers in earnest toil strive,
To heal the rift and mend the gap so none it will deprive.

Who shall witness and in the Holy house stand?
The children of the promise shall take his staff in hand.
Turning their hearts from worldly woes and sin,
To link the families of the earth to return to him again.

The work within the house of prayer shall forever endure,
As we work out our salvation, his promises are sure.
Linking forever our families in an endless family tree,
Will mend our hearts and heal the pain for all eternity.
