He Knows All Things

From the beginning of this dawns time,
The Lord has done his work sublime.
Not without a perfect and divine plan,
And has revealed it fully unto man.

The Lord of all knows the beginning to the end,
He has revealed his will, his knowledge did send.
Through holy prophets his will has revealed,
Until his entire human family has been sealed.

No unhallowed hand can change or divide,
His work or his hand he will never hide.
Engraven in his palms reminders that be,
His claim on us all through eternity.

No plan of subterfuge can alter his way,
No vitriol, no sin, no pain, he did not pay.
No matter how cunning the evil one,
His work and his will always be done.

For God and his Holy Son know beginning to end,
His plan cannot be altered by votes or demand.
No, his will undaunted shall always and ever win,
No matter how widespread are evil and sin.

He knows the pains and the weaknesses we endure,
He knows our sorrows his hands were secure.
He suffered, he bled, he died for us all,
Grasping our hands in his saved from the fall.

Do not be discouraged he will rescue you,
If ye will seek for his grace and try to be true.
Be true to your faith, never, never give in,
He knows your path, your suffering he did win.

He knows the outcome is defined and sure,
Through his atonement we can become pure.
His blood can cleanse our hearts and hands,
Faithful, undaunted he fulfilled justices’ demands.

Not only shall we one day find complete his grace,
But if faithful and true we’ll be, we’ll behold his face.
Without blemish we can tearfully wash his feet,
When with humble hearts our Savior we will meet.

He knows, He knows, the conclusion is sure,
His will, will be done, our hearts will be pure.
He knows our faults, our follies and our weakness all,
But if we know him, we’ll hear his voice our name call.
