O the greatness of the mercy of our God, the Holy One of Israel!
Our Holy Father provided the plan to save us from death and hell.
O how great the goodness of our God, who prepareth a way,
To vanquish death and sin resurrected in that glorious day!
O the Wisdom of our God, bringing into the world death!
Yet providing a Redeemer who saved us with his last breath.
O how glorious, how divine, redemptions plan complete,
Where man can return once again clean to the mercy seat.
O how great the Plan of our God! Who shared his light divine!
Breaking the bands of captivity, through his Holy Son sublime.
O the greatness and the justice of our God! To send his Son!
Causing the bands of death to be broken our souls he won.
O how great the holiness of our God! His love is complete!
One day we will feel the prints of the nails engraved in his feet.
O the greatness of the mercy of our God! Who broke the bands.
Has eternally engraved us complete in the palms of his hands.
