Forever Praise His Name

Christ our advocate with the Father has redeemed us from the fall,
His payment with his blood and life is a sacred sacrifice for us all.
Our Savior and Redeemer had now become the Sacrificial Lamb,
Reaching down in pure love from heaven’s door was the Great I Am.

With His Priesthood power He healed the sick, and the blind did see,
The lame man walked, the dead lived again, He healed the leprosy.
His life was a perfect example of His character and of His Grace,
His pure love did erase all sins and stains of the entire human race.

Willingly He went to the Garden to suffer pains no man could endure,
Our sorrows, guilt, shame, sins, and pains, He did willingly ensure.
Scourged and beaten He carried His own cross, as He bore our griefs,
Upon the cross He was nailed, the King of Kings between two thief’s.

His eternal sacrifice had now fully paid the price of justice’s demand,
They laid Him in the tomb, but death could not hold Him by command.
Now the glorious morning dew witnesses His life now does proclaim,
Christ The Lord our Redeemer has risen! Now forever praise His name!
