As we learn to follow the Savior in our daily walk with Him,
We emulate His example as we help others their lamp trim.
To lift the weary and mourn with those who mourn a death,
Reaching out our hand to Him who gave for us His last breath.
Seeking each day to find Him anew, as we seek to lift the one,
Our face will indeed shine more resplendent than the sun.
As we search for Him in every face that we find along the way,
We too can receive His image in our countenance to stay.
Letting His light shine from within will illuminate our soul,
Teaching others to seek the Savior, will make our heart full.
As we yield to His divine will, in place of our own desire,
Our hearts will fill with joy an unspoken unquenchable fire.
May we see His reflection in our own eyes and face each day,
More and more resembling His perfection as we follow His way.
Allowing His image to reflect in our countenance we will shine,
Day by day, we draw nearer to His image as we seek the divine.
