Jesus is reaching his arms open wide to embrace us all,
Tenderly his voice is pleading as our name he does call.
His arms outspread he gently petitions ‘come unto me’.
That ye may have eternal life your toll I paid on the tree.
His arms of mercy extend to gather in all who will hear,
His arms of grace forever reach outward to gather us near.
All who will listen and follow his voice will one day rejoice,
His kingdom of glory forever our eternal happiness choice.
Come unto Jesus his life emulate, he’ll guide and direct you,
Through immortalities gate, our hope and trust in him be true.
Daily repent and seek for his light, his commandments keep,
We’ll know his voice and follow him as we become his sheep.
Come unto Jesus with a broken heart and find in him your rest,
Seeking for Jesus to become his children, daily doing your best.
Then you shall find peace and comfort as he fully embraces you,
Home in his arms he gathers you in as he has so longed to do.
